According to Australian state media and the Australian Defense Force, a MV-22 US military aircraft crashed during an exercise in Australia's Northern Territory, off the coast of Darwin. The aircraft was carrying around 20 US Marines. There were no immediate reports of fatalities, and a rescue operation is underway.
