MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) has finally resolved the case of land ownership in Hacienda Tinang in Concepcion, Tarlac, and will distribute 450 land titles in two weeks. DAR Secretary Conrado Estrella III on Tuesday said the agency was able to come up with a resolution to the case, which is already final and executory. 'We are happy to inform everybody that our formula of multiple shuttle diplomacy and constantly holding dialogues with the stakeholders ay finally we were able to resolve this case and mayroon tayong nailabas na desisyon na tungkol dito sa Hacienda Tinang,' he said in a Palace briefing.
