Jakarta  – PT Clipan Finance Indonesia Tbk ("Clipan Finance/ CFIN ") successfully held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGMS") and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders ("EGMS") (collectively referred to as the "Meeting") on Thursday, June 22, 2023, at the PaninBank Building, Senayan. One of the decisions made during the AGMS was the approval of the shareholders to distribute a cash dividend of Rp389.45 billion or Rp100 per share. The amount of cash dividend distributed is equivalent to more than 100% of the net profit in 2022.
