MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. on Thursday said he has asked Indonesian President Joko Widodo to 'reexamine' the case of convicted drug mule Mary Jane Veloso, who is now in Indonesia's death row. Marcos said he was able to mention Veloso's case in his talk with Widodo on the sidelines of the 42nd Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean) Summit, where he told the Indonesian president that the Philippine government is still trying to work hard on Veloso's case.
