A sealed section of the lengthy and scathing Robodebt Royal Commission report has recommended individuals involved be pursued for prosecution, both criminal and civil. The section secrecy protecting these names is a 'block on the open justice' system, says the Centre for Public Integrity's Chair Anthony Whealy KC.
