Leading digital, design, and technology group Avyan Global announced the appointment of Hermie de Leon as Chairwoman of Avyan Philippines. De Leon is an industry stalwart with a wealth of experience spanning 40 years in the industry. Her previous stints were with global agencies in the Philippines including Ogilvy & Mather, Universal McCann, BBDO Guerrero Ortega, Bates 141, Omnicom Media Group Philippines, and most recently Havas Media Ortega. De Leon held a variety of senior leadership roles including Managing Director, President, and CEO of Omnicom Media Group Philippines, and Managing Partner of Havas Media Ortega.
