FINDLAY — Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine is sending law enforcement and state funding to help Springfield, Ohio, manage its growing population of Haitian immigrants, but Findlay Mayor Christina Muryn said Springfield isn’t the only city feeling the effects of an increasing Haitian population.
