Oh, August. The month in which we attempt to hurry fall along by sheer force of will – i.e. sweater-wearing in 90-degree heat – while simultaneously never wanting summer to end. August turns many of us into fashion schizophrenics, seen in long sleeves and jeans one day and a bikini the next, as we're inclined both to don our coziest apparel and to squeeze in one last summer vacay. We're checking into the beach house while checking out the weather app to see if cooler weather is on the horizon.
