The United Kingdom HM Revenue and Customs May 5 updated the effective dates of the DTA with the Cayman Islands, signed June 15, 2009, and entered into force Dec. 20, 2010. The updated effective dates are: 1) April 1, 2011, for corporate taxes; 2) April 6, 2011, for income and capital gains taxes; and 3) Dec. 20, 2010, for all other taxes.
