Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh speaks at the meeting. Prime Minister Chinh on Friday chaired the 4th session of the National Steering Committee to implement Vietnam's commitments at the 26th UN Climate Change conference (COP26). He said green growth and fighting climate change is an urgent requirement for the shared development of the whole world, especially for Vietnam, one of the five countries hardest hit by climate change.
