LEGAZPI CITY — An anti-narcotics team arrested on Sunday four suspected drug traders and recovered P141,440 worth of 'shabu' (crystal meth) in an alleged drug den in Paracale town in Camarines Norte. Lieutenant Colonel Maria Luisa Calubaquib, Bicol police spokesperson, said in a report that Danilo Morcella, 52; Jay-Ann Negrido, 39; Joel Rayel, 41; and Jaypee Buena, 27, were arrested in a buy-bust operation at 12:40 p.m. in Barangay Bagumbayan. Calubaquib said Morcella and Negrido were the alleged drug den operators.
