SAN JOSE – One man was killed and another was injured in a shooting in San Jose on Wednesday night, police said. The shooting was reported at 8:10 p.m. on the 900 block of East Santa Clara Street, near Roosevelt Park, the San Jose Police Department said in a social media post. Police initially described one victim's injuries as life-threatening and the other's as not life-threatening. One of the victims later died, marking the city's 15th homicide of the year, police said. No other information was immediately available.
