Pursuant to Section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993 (the LGA), Bayside Council gives notice of its intention to grant an Access License agreement over Community Land known as 942A Botany Road Mascot (Lot 5 DP 538167) shown on the map below outlined in red. The proposed access is highlighted on the site plan in pink. Bayside Council proposes to grant an Access Licence for a period of three (3) years to the registered adjoining property owner, Hillcrest Ventures Pty Ltd as per DA-2022/266 for the purpose of accessing the premises at 944 Botany Rd Mascot.
