MANILA, Philippines — Train operations in Metro Manila have resumed following a brief suspension for safety checks in the wake of a magnitude 6.3 earthquake that jolted Calatagan, Batangas, and parts of the capital region. 'As of 11:39 am, operations at LRT-1, LRT-2, MRT-3 and PNR have all resumed following a magnitude 6.2 earthquake in Calatagan, Batangas that was felt in Metro Manila,' the Department of Transportation said in its advisory. The MRT-3 management said no 'abnormalities' have been found within their infrastructure.
