MANILA, Philippines — Metro Manila and four other areas in Luzon will experience overcast skies and scattered rain on Friday due to the low-pressure area (LPA), which was once Tropical Depression Amang, said the state weather bureau. In a late afternoon weather forecast on Thursday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the LPA was last monitored near Infanta, Quezon. 'Iyong LPA ay inaasahan natin na makakaapekto pa rin sa malaking bahagi ng Luzon.
