Cardinia Shire Council is encouraging artists and arts groups to apply for the 2023 Arts Small Change Grants program. Cardinia's Arts Small Change Grants provide financial assistance to artists and arts groups for initiatives that utilise, expand, and promote the arts within Cardinia Shire. Applications open Monday 18 September at 9am and close on Sunday 15 October at 11.59pm. Guidelines and application forms are available on Council's website at www.cardinia.vic.gov.au/arts
