MANILA, Philippines — 'Very good and very quiet.' This was how President Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. on Monday described how he spent the Holy Week. He said he went into a retreat, which he said was a routine for him, and 'fasted' starting on Good Friday. 'Very good! Very quiet. I did my usual routine, where I went into retreat. For the weekend, starting on Friday, I fasted,' he said in a chance interview in Bataan when asked how he spent the Holy Week break. 'It was a good time to take a breath, take a step back, take long walks, and think very hard about what it is that we have to do,' Marcos added.
