CEBU CITY – Property developer Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) broke ground for Atria Technohub in Atria Gardens, the latest phase of its 21-hectare Atria Park District development, in Iloilo city on March 30. Atria Technohub is a cluster of office buildings that will cater mainly to the growing business process outsourcing (BPO) market in the city. ALI president and chief executive officer Bernard Vincent Dy and local government representatives led the launch of the initial two new office buildings with a total of 25,500 square meters of gross leasable floor area.
