MANILA, Philippines — The Northern Police District (NPD) on Monday reported the arrest of two 'high-value' drug suspects as well as the confiscation of 200 grams of crystal meth, locally known as 'shabu,' worth P1.360 million from them in Caloocan City. According to the NPD, their District Drug Enforcement Unit (DDEU) conducted a buy-bust operation along Asco Ville Road corner NHA Road in Caloocan City's Barangay 185 on Sunday night, April 23, leading to the arrest of Samsudin Rasid, 33; and Johaima Jamael, 33, both resident of Tala, Caloocan.
